My poster and text for the show “vivan las mujeres” (long live women) opening tomorrow. It’s a show where 60 Latin American Illustrators take part denouncing gender violence and female murders in Latin America. The show was organized by Amnesty International Mexico and Vértigo Galería and brought to Uruguay by Caro Curbelo. I has toured in Mexico and Uruguay.

The tears are made of mostly violent and shocking catcalling phrases and words I have personally heard or my friends have heard while walking on the street.
